一、概述
I. General Information
随着电力电子技术广泛应用和电弧炉等冲击负荷以及电力机车等拖动负荷的日益增多,对于电力行业来说,要保持满足用户要求的电能质量变得越来越困难。要解决面临的电能质量问题,就必须对电网电能质量进行监测。SWPQ-F系列电能质量监测仪除具有常规的电能质量稳态指标的监测外,还对电能质量的暂态扰动,主要是电压的骤升、骤降进行监测和记录,具有较强的实用性。
With the extensive application of power and electronic technology and increasing numbers of impact loads such as electric arc furnaces and drag loads such as electric locomotives, for the electric power industry, it has been increasingly difficult to keep the power quality required by users. In order to resolve relevant power quality problems, it is necessary to monitor power grid quality. SWPQ-F power quality monitors can not only monitor regular power quality steady state indicators, but also monitor transient states of power quality such as abrupt rises and descents of voltages, and they have strong practicability.

  1. 基本监测指标:电网频率、三相基波电压、电流有效值,基波有功功率、无功功率、功率因数、相位等;电压偏差、频率偏差、三相电压不平衡度、三相电流不平衡度、负序电压、电流; 谐波(2~50次):包括电压、电流总谐波畸变率、各次谐波含有率、幅值、相位。
    Basic monitoring indicators: power grid frequency, three-phase fundamental wave voltage, current effective value, fundamental wave active power, reactive power, power factor, phase, etc.; voltage deviation, frequency deviation, three-phase voltage imbalance, three-phase current imbalance, negative sequence voltage, current; harmonic wave (2~50 times): including total harmonic distortion of voltage, current, each harmonic percentage, amplitude and phase.
  2. 高级监测指标:间谐波、电压波动、闪变,电压骤升、骤降、短时中断、暂时过电压、瞬态过电压。
    Advanced monitoring indicators: inter-harmonics, voltage fluctuation, flickering, abrupt rise and descent of voltage, short interruption, temporary overvoltage and transient overvoltage.
  3. 记录存储功能:内置SD卡(容量可选)可对基本监测指标和高级监测指标实时保存,保存时间可设置,实时数据在装置上最长保存时间为一年,之后按“先进先出”原则更新。
    Recording and storage functions: Basic monitoring indicators and advanced monitoring indicators can be saved in a built-in SD card (optional volume) in real time. The storage time can be set. The longest storage duration for real-time data is one year, and such data will be updated as per “first-in first-out” principle.
  4. 统计功能:具有对主要监测指标的在线统计功能,可统计一个时间段内监测指标的最大值、最小值、平均值、95%概率大值等。
    Statistics function: Such devices can make online statistics for major monitoring indicators. The statistics of the maximum value, minimum value, average value 95% probability value, etc. of monitoring indicators within a period can be made.
  5. 通讯功能:提供多种通讯接口方式,实现监测数据的实时传输或定时提取存储记录,可通过工业以太网接口与远方电能质量管理中心通讯,也可通过RS232C/RS485接口,以GPRS方式(定制)与远方通讯。
    Communication function: Multiple communication interfaces are provided to realize real-time transmission of monitoring data or regular extraction of stored records. Communication can be made with a remote power quality management center via industrial Ethernet, or communication can be made with any remote area with GPRS (custom-made) via RS232C/RS485 interfaces.
  6. GPS对时功能:监测装置具备B码对时功能及GPS脉冲对时功能。可保持与远方管理中心的时钟一致。
    GPS time sync function: Such monitoring devices have Code B time sync function and GPS pulse time sync function. They can keep consistency with the clock of a remote management center.
  7. 事件触发录波功能:可根据客户要求设定事件触发条件(手动或自动),记录事件触发前、后实时数据并保存,并保存有事件日志以供查询。
    Event trigger wave-recording function: Event trigger conditions can be set as per users’ requirements (manual or automatic) to record and save the real-time data before and after such events. In addition, a log of events is available for inquiries.
